This new vocal group is ...
a big vocal band - we'll do Tower of Power, Sly and the Family Stone, Blood Sweat and Tears, Earth Wind and Fire, and even Talking Heads to Red Hot Chili Peppers, but a cappella, no instruments, all vocal sounds.
a progressive voice - we will take stands on issues of social relevance through our songs, eg, ToP's There's Only So Much Oil in the Ground
a mix - hopefully representing the community in which we're based
an active community group - nurturing celebration of life, bringing live song and dance, encouraging participation, balancing our passive hi-tech world
